About Us
HPAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes and increasing the number of healthy people and communities through policy; advocacy; community engagement; education; research and leadership development.
Working with the Fulton County Partnerships to Improve Community Health Program (PICH) to improve health outcomes in the communities we serve, our goals are to:
- Increase the number of smoke-free environments.
- Increase residents level of physical activity.
- Improve nutrition for our young children.
In 2016 our work will focus on selected neighborhoods and communities throughout Fulton County including: Atlanta, Union City, Unincorporated Fulton County, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and Roswell.
Soon we could be in your neighborhood, so let’s stay in touch!
